The room had a musty, foul odor. They said they couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was full, and spraying air freshener didn't help. After a tiring journey, I had to endure a noticeable smell while trying to sleep.
The hotel had turned off the cooling function for all air conditioners, and with the thick duvet, the room temperature was very high at night.
