Arena Beach Hotel

Actually I never write BAD REVIEWS , just because one people “That Woman on Receptionist” Start from Arriving (check in ) I paid for speed boat & tax fee she looked me from up with empty eye glaring of coz with no smile like usually hotelier specially in reception. Go to room , my room have AC dripping ( floor wet ) my porter quickly call engineer ( thank you both of you so nice and quick job to handle ) but AC still dripped for 2 nite I stay ( but I don’t complain so ignored and put towel under AC ) And just realized my Room Key Card only has one , put side door for automatic lights your room so when you go out you need take out and all room is turn off. So on dinner time I go to reception and ask for spare key so when I back I have AC. That woman staff said “ NO WE ONLY HAVE ONE FOR GUEST, YOU CAN ASK US AND OPEN DOOR FOR YOU WHEN YOU EVERYTIME YOU BACK TO ROOM “ With Jaw open seriously? She strictly say YES ( and of coz without smile only glare ) So after dinner am ask her for call other staff open my room , need wait outside room 10mnt when Male Staff come I say to him “ did you have other options for open door without call you everytime I go outside?” Thank you for Him , he take seperate card for my door so I have key when I go outside. Last for CHECK OUT : my flight on 8:30pm so I booked my speedboats on ARENA , they said I boarding on 5pm and later she change on 4pm. I’m asking again can’t I have late check out for 1hr so I don’t need outside to much long because so hot. Straight say NO , because guest arrive on 1pm no options only say you can put luggage at reception. Woww .. no I don’t argue just said really ? That’s why I cancelled my speedboats back airport ticket ( not yet paid ) I said I don’t need speedboad , and I go to KAANI PALM HOTEL , they offer me Lounge for $10 ( you can shower to ) so can relax inside with AC and I booked speedboat with KAANI PALM HOTEL. Thank you for Kaani Hotel for you many options give to me. All ARENA STAFF is Nice from Boarding arrived in airport and All staff restaurant is really nice and helpful but because one spot of This Princess Lady Reception am sorry I make this Bad comment. hi lady receptionist I think you know me who write this comment, I just feeling DID YOU RASIS with me ??? Because am not glamor white skin fairly Chinese ? Am only Darkskin Chinese Indonesian?

I had a wonderful stay at Arena Beach Hotel. The location is excellent, right by the beach with beautiful surroundings. My room was a sea view (ocean view), and the view was absolutely stunning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Maldives, especially if you want great value with a beautiful ocean view.

Amazing Stay at Arena Beach Hotel Beautiful beach vibes with a clean, hotel-allocated beach front long beach with refreshing dring service. and an infinity pool with stunning sunset views. Rooms are clean with sea view, with basic amenities with daily water, tea/ coffee, and towels are provided.Special thanks to Abishek from HK he was very attentive he acknowledges my request and resolved very quickly as my bathroom faucet was leaking. Food & Drinks: Wide buffet & à la carte options at affordable prices, with non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner with live music made evenings extra special. Sisha option was also a alternative choice as island not serving alcohol. Breakfast buffet was good healthy choice with friendly service staff specially Hasan ali (friendly and professional man) Abash attentive and prompt service.Hasim/mahmood and one indian lady from Lucknow( good recommendation and suggestive selling) Nightlife & Activities: Relaxing and charming nightlife. Night vibes was really amazing dining ambience is same as five star resort level. Water sports like stingrays and sharks snorkelling and Sandbank full days tours were unforgettable. Reservations cheking and checkout processes was little tired For guests on long journeys who arrive early at the airport (e.g., 9:00 AM) but have transfers to the island only at 13:00, consider providing alternative options such as a comfortable lounge, refreshments, or earlier boat transfers. Waiting 4+ hours after a long 9-hour flight can be tiring, so small adjustments would greatly improve guest experience. Special thanks to BERLIN as he is only senior label staff who always asked feedback with friendly manner and engage to guest relation service.provided all the information needed about our stay including chekin check out process make everything smooth and easy. Value for money: Excellent. A beautiful island stay you won't forget!
