Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur

The overall experience was pretty good and met the standards of a five-star hotel. The staff were enthusiastic, and the breakfast restaurant offered a view of the Petronas Towers. The night view from the bar was fantastic. However, the check-out process was a bit frustrating. The main purpose of the check-out seems to be to confirm mini-bar charges or other chargeable items. We only realized we'd left two pillows behind at the hotel when we got to the airport, which was quite annoying. It made me wonder why the hotel's check-out process doesn't include verifying if guests have left anything behind, but only focuses on chargeable services. It's been half a day since then, and no hotel staff has contacted us about the lost items. Since I'm flying back home tonight, there's no time for them to be mailed.

Stayed at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur for five nights and was extremely satisfied with the hotel's service, facilities, and environment. The Pavilion Mall is super convenient, just a short walk across an indoor sky bridge downstairs.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, very close to both the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion Mall. It rained on our second day, but the hotel has a skybridge directly connected to the mall, so we didn't even need an umbrella! The breakfast and bars are also excellent, especially the rooftop bar. You get a direct view of the Twin Towers, and the visual effect is stunning. There's a handsome Malaysian waiter named Yugesh at the bar who recommended several super delicious cocktails to us, and they were all great value for money. On the day we left, I accidentally knocked over a shower gel bottle while rushing to check out. When we checked out, the two handsome guys at the front desk kept asking if we were hurt and said not to worry about the bottle. It really warmed my heart – the service at a five-star hotel truly is a cut above the rest! 👍👍

The room was spacious and clean with an amazing view. We had a minor issue with an electrical switch on the first day, and the hotel promptly upgraded our room the next day. A special thanks to front desk manager Dev for his thoughtfulness and help. Also, grateful for the communication and follow-up from Ctrip specialist Xiao Jing. Would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Dev from Banyan Hotel for his kindness and hard work.

Second time here, different room type, but still fantastic, haha! I've never had a bad Banyan Tree experience. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the bustling area, yet incredibly quiet inside. Breakfast is à la carte with a small buffet, very refined and definitely worth setting an alarm for!
