Mountain Fanjing Qixi Resort

The service was excellent, and the hotel is super close to Fanjing Mountain – just a 5-minute walk to the entrance. We drove there and decided to hike first since we were in a hurry. After coming down, we checked in, and the concierge kindly took our luggage up to our room. Breakfast was decent, but the setting really made it. There are peacocks right outside, which was a lovely sight. Plus, there's a small river nearby that the kids really enjoyed.

Our flight was delayed, so we arrived at the hotel quite late. They upgraded us to a family room with a lovely river view – the environment was great. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I'd like to thank Tan at the front desk for her patient communication; it made for a very warm trip. We'll definitely be back next time!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! First off, it's super close to the scenic area entrance. Just cross a covered bridge from the hotel's backyard, and you're practically there. Plus, there's a whole street of restaurants right nearby. The hotel itself feels like a little attraction, they even have peacocks! Our room had a small balcony with a really pleasant view. Breakfast was great too, and they even brought an extra one for the kids. We were also able to get a late checkout until 2 PM.

The environment is beautiful and the location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to the scenic area. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all very warm and proactive, especially 007 Xiao Ma, who left a lasting impression.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is lovely. The breakfast was just okay, but the room was very clean and had a luxurious feel. The biggest advantage, though, is its proximity to the East Gate – it's just a short walk there and back.

It might have been the rainy season because the hotel corridors were quite damp, but the view was excellent! We got a free room upgrade from the first to the second floor, and the balcony had a screen door, which was great for letting in fresh air. They even allowed us a late checkout until 2 PM the next day, which was very thoughtful since we went hiking Fanjing Mountain in the morning and could shower afterward before leaving. This hotel was much better than the Anantara we stayed at. The best part was our butler, Xiao Man (007). Since we had just come from Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, we needed to wash two days' worth of clothes, and Xiao Man thoughtfully brought us a portable drying rack! That was a lifesaver, as we didn't have to wait in line at the laundry room to wash and dry our clothes. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The hotel's location is perfect. After crossing the Wind-Rain Bridge, it's about a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic area. However, on the way back, you *must* ask the Fanjing Mountain staff to open the gate for you to return via the entrance road. Otherwise, you'll have to take a very long detour. The family room was very spacious, with two rooms, and very comfortable.

The environment is beautiful and it's close to attractions. The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. The staff are enthusiastic and able to help with any issues. Very satisfied!

Overall, the location is unbeatable, super close to all the attractions, and the landscaping is beautiful, creating a really nice ambiance. However, the room was quite damp, so that's something to keep in mind for future guests. As for the service, compared to boutique B&Bs, it's a bit lacking, but the breakfast was pretty good. All in all, it offers great value for money.
