The staff had good service mind and they always smile and friendly. No elevator but the staff helped us to carry suitcases on the third floor so this was the first impression especially I requested adjacent rooms for family and he managed it professionally as connecting rooms for us. What I requested that the staff cared about us. The food was so good there and it was funny while I was baking my breads. I saw a piece of crumb and it was burning (smoke). So someone reminded me “ your bread burnt” but I said “ no, it was crumb😂”. About car parking, it was dark behind the hotel and I think they forgot to turn on the light at that date. If you are hungry you can drive and see restaurants around there and the hotel is quiet. The weakness is quite weak but I am patient so no problem about this. I will come back to stay here in the future. Thanks a lot for caring. ( I would like to upload pictures but unfortunately ,the system errored but if I can so I will redo it again)

The hotel is located at the end of a side street, relatively quiet. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is typical of the region. Breakfast is commensurate with the room price and acceptable for a one-night stay.
There is no elevator and no help with carrying luggage, which is unacceptable. The room has a refrigerator and kettle.
You have to pay for the snacks provided.
I found it unique and strange that you have to pay for the coffee sticks; I haven't encountered that anywhere else in Thailand. The surrounding area is not for tourists, rather lackluster. It's okay for one night, but you wouldn't want to put up with it any longer.

The only problem is the elevator. I stayed on the 5th floor. Walking and lifting things up until my arms hurt. As for the room, it was clean. The food was good. The staff provided good service. It was quiet.

If I go to Ubon for work, I will stay here regularly. Good service, convenient parking, delicious and complete breakfast, but there is no elevator and it is deep in the alley, but it is not scary. It is in an area that is easy to enter and exit on the ring road and Ubon ring road. I recommend it.
