I had a fantastic stay at the Queens Hotel in Busan. What really stood out was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and always ready to assist with advice, recommendations, directions, or any other request. You really get the feeling that they care about their guests and want you to have a great stay.
The hotel itself is very comfortable, clean, and well located, making it a great base for exploring Busan. But the warm and personal service is definitely what makes this hotel special.
I would happily stay here again and can highly recommend the Queens Hotel to anyone visiting Busan.

It was alright, quite enthusiastic. The service was pretty good, and since I was only staying one night and was out all day, I didn't have many demands. The room was quite spacious, offering good value for money. Then I found out it was fully booked during peak season.
