Basic hotel for non-fussy guests.
If you have high expectation in cleanliness, this may not be the good option.
The hotel vibe is homey.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Head-to-toes soap, toothbrush and sanitary bag are provided.
Hair dryer is available upon request.
Linen and towel could be better (I am quite particular with the moist linen so a bit uncomfortable).
Breakfast selection is rather simple, but the food quality at the good side especially for the local delicacies.

Absolutely incredible stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and kind. Everything is super clean and the food is incredible. They even surprised me with fresh fruit and cake on my birthday during my stay. Would highly recommend you stay here if you’re in Surabaya.

Dua Kali nginap sini ama keluarga, ambil 2 Kamar, semua dikasi sebelahan, Front office sangat helpful, ramah, satpam juga, parkiran aman di belakang hotel, klu anda pakai Gmaps, cari parkir hotel kokoon krn ndak tembus Dari bagian depan hotel ke belakang. rekomen buat Kokoon Surabaya.
