Worst birthday trip. Dirty room (see photos, looks like dirt and saw dust), Glass almost fell out of the balcony glass door on us approximately 1hr after arrival. We were moved to a neighboring room with an AC that didn't work, @ approximately 10 p.m., then after engineering viewed the problem still NO AC until the next morning 11 a.m., after several calls to management.
Glass bottle fell on the floor and shattered since September 15, 2025, approximately 10 p.m. (night shift does nothing, lazy) I called the front desk spoke to a man about the broken glass and received no help. Called back at 1 a.m. spoke to another man, no help. Called at 8 a.m. spoke to a woman, no help. Back from breakfast at mins to 10 a.m. no help still broken glass. Called and spoke to a woman name Kimona/Kim from desk service, asked why I still received no help with cleaning up the broken glass that's so dangerous and she said she didn't know that no one came. Asked to speak to the manager, she transferred me to her friend. When I asked the persons name she said desk services. They refuse to let me escalate the situation to someone that can help. Walked down to the glass door room that seats 2women to complain. She was updated before I got there and offered to help. 1 hr after 3 men came to fix the AC.... WHAT THE HELL??? Are these people dunce?? This is the worst vacation ever. Worst birthday. Worst....I have been in danger with glass 2x at this place and as I write this more than 12hrs after. NO HELP
