Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites

I had a good stay at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience very enjoyable. The resort itself is nice and the grounds are well maintained, but the hotel is starting to feel a bit dated and could benefit from renovations and modernization, especially in the rooms and some facilities. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay thanks to the great service and relaxing atmosphere.

Repeated guest at this hotel. The hotel is spectacular. The food is amazing. Cooked with Love. The amenities is superb, nightly entertainment top tier. There is something to do every day. The environment is clean and their commitment to an eco friendly environment is unmatched. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a preferred choice. Wait! did i mention the service, it’s like the staffs are handpicked. Courtesy, professionalism, politeness and warmth is just simply top tier. Shout out to Tashana Reservation agent. Big up yourself for an exceptional service. Big up all the staff there. Great team. Love it there.

Great resort! I never ate so much in my life. They had plenty of food choices and plenty of fun activities.

Pros: Beautiful grounds: The resort layout is clean. Pristine beach: The beach is wonderful and free of seaweed. Great activities: The pools, lazy river, and daily app-tracked activities are excellent. Fast check-in: The midday arrival process was quick. Cons: Outdated rooms: Accommodations need remodeling, showing cleanliness issues like stray hairs and cockroaches. Subpar dining: The buffet is repetitive and lukewarm, while à la carte restaurants have long waits and low quality. Restrictive drinks: Premium spirits and light beers cost extra at the bars, and pool cocktails are poorly made. Inconsistent service: Good service and friendliness require heavy daily tipping. Aggressive sales: Staff aggressively push daily timeshare presentations.

The customer service is exceptional. Food and amenities are excellent. Beyond my expectations. I will definitely come back. This is are 2bd trip to this hotel.

The property was clean. The room bathroom door would not latch so it never closed. The room from the bathroom area to the bedroom did not close. It only went 3/4 of the way. We were not too concerned as we only spent a little time in the room. Our 2nd room there was no safety latch. Pool area was clean and nice. General buffet area was always clean, nice, lots of variety of food and the staff here were the best. The rest of the service especially in all the bars was super poor. It seemed like it was a chore to be at work. No acknowledgment of your presence, whether you tip or not. The game staff were good too.

The roaches my my room made this unbearable. I they refuse to give a refund and are offering me 2 free nights to go and stay in the roach hotel again. I will never stay here
