The front desk was incredibly thoughtful during check-in, offering a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite, which was a wonderful surprise! The hotel is brand new, so all the facilities are pristine. The lobby design is sophisticated and stylish, creating a great ambiance. The executive suite has a well-thought-out layout with separate living and sleeping areas, excellent natural light, and breathtaking city views. The room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were comprehensive. Sleep comfort was top-notch. From the doormen and front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was polite and professional. Any requests were handled very efficiently. This is definitely the best accommodation in Changchun High-tech Zone!

Great location, super quiet and close to Jida. It's a very familiar area for me. I ordered room service twice and the food was delicious. However, the room had a bit of a fresh paint smell.

My first impression upon arrival was the front desk service. Elva was gentle and polite throughout, not perfunctory at all. The check-in and check-out processes were completed in just a few minutes, and she even proactively offered to help with my luggage. She meticulously explained details about parking and breakfast times. The service was professional and heartwarming, which instantly gave me an excellent overall impression.

Facilities: Renovated 25 years ago, the facilities are new and the design is stylish. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Quite good. Service: Full marks! Lauren always thinks from the guest's perspective, which is very rare and appreciated.

The overall environment is comfortable, the hotel is new and well-equipped. There's still a slight smell of renovation, but an air purifier is constantly running inside. For business travelers, the location is quite convenient.
