I never leave bad reviews and am easy to please but this was my worst experience. Upon check in, I was offput by the lack of cars in the parking lot. Then we were directed to a different lot after checking in at the lobby. We drove to the other building, still not a single car in the parking lot. We get in our room and it’s nice enough. We walked outside to look around and our key stopped working (which you need to get into the building) I called the front desk and an answering service picked up after many rings- saying he’d figure it out. After 10 minutes of waiting, I called again and the man at the front desk answered, saying he hadn’t heard anything about us being locked out and couldn’t bring us a new key but would figure it out. Thankfully, shortly after, maintenance came and let us into our room. After getting settled, I noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling and all over the curtains. In the morning, I tried using the kurieg to make coffee and noticed it was crusty and brown inside. I called the front desk, asking if they had coffee in the lobby- to which I was told they couldn’t make coffee because of the pipes. I asked for a new coffee maker to our room and waited 35 minutes before calling and saying nevermind. Overall, super stressful experience- there should not be a building down the road from the lobby- it should be easily accessible from any hotel. That alone would have made my experience a lot better.
