All spectacular! Service, cleaning, flexibility with our needs. Besides, there is a nice view from the restaurant balcony. Breakfast delicious! Indeed, I will be back!

Although the location of the accommodation wasn't great, it was surrounded by nature, so it was the best part since I went there to enjoy nature. Trip.com had stated that cancellations were not possible, but the accommodation told me that they allow cancellations if there are more than three weeks left. I think Trip.com needs to reconsider their refusal to process the cancellation.

Every detail in the hotel's design offers unexpected surprises. The rooms are small but spacious, their simplicity imbued with a rustic charm. Breakfast is hearty, with Vietnamese beef noodles served daily. Dinner is also delicious, especially the Vietnamese pork chop, which is unforgettable. There's free yoga every morning, and bicycles are available for borrowing at any time. The bathtub is made of Japanese ceramic and is the best I've ever used. Highly recommended!

第二天更換了房型，但是感覺上不比第一天差！ 服務還是可以的，問題有出現，但是酒店給予瞭解決。

Simply perfect place. Beautiful rooms, clean, excellent restaurant and pool. Booked a tour through hotel and Hoang (our guide) was phenomenal. Would not change a thing about our stay there.

Property was very beautiful, however the staff was not quite as warm and friendly as we’ve experienced from other hotels we’ve stayed at in Vietnam. We also paid extra for the Mountain Verandah room as it was advertised to have a beautiful Mountain View and there are thick power cords blocking the view that ruin the experience. Would not have paid extra for this room due to that. Also the laundry price was extremely high and unnecessary. They seem to take advantage of the fact that you are a car’s drive away from the town and it would be inconvenient to bring your laundry into town just for a more reasonable price. $1 per pair of socks is ridiculous.
