Aquarius Hotel and Urban Resort

A very pleasant hotel with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommended if you are in Phnom Penh!

Great value for money with Southeast Asian-style decor. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the location is also very good. If there's a downside, it's that the room fixtures are a bit dated—especially the door locks, which still use old-fashioned keys. They don't lock automatically when you close the door; you have to manually turn the key to lock it, which poses a safety risk. I actually forgot to lock mine when I went out and only realized it when I got back. Fortunately, the hotel is quite secure and nothing was lost.

The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit tourist attractions. However, the soundproofing in the hotel is poor; noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway were quite loud. Also, the slippers provided by the hotel were too small and didn't fit. Overall, I'd give it a 4-star rating, but no more than that.

I really loved this hotel. It was clean and pleasant, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me plan a complicated onward journey. The location was great, the view was stunning, and the pool was beautiful. The food was also delicious! I was very happy with the service and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience. They even offered a 10% discount on a massage, which unfortunately I couldn't use.

First time staying here, and it was quite good.

The hotel is well-located and exceeded our expectations. The rooms are simple but very good. Everything is clean, and the pool is large. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, and the view is magnificent.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the service is excellent! We received a free room upgrade upon check-in. The rooftop pool is amazing with a great view. Breakfasts are not bad.

The hotel is very well located. The breakfast was excellent; you could order various freshly made dishes in addition to the buffet. The decor is modern and beautiful. The pool is gorgeous with stunning views. Everything was clean, but I saw two cockroaches in my room on the 5th floor, so they clearly don't manage insect control well. I found it distasteful that they asked for my room number every time I used the pool or other facilities; it made me feel like an intruder. What bothered me most was being charged $6 for a beer at their bar when even the top cocktail bars in the city don't charge more than $3, and a pint of beer usually costs $0.75 on the trendiest street.
