DON’T STAY OR EAT HERE if you value customer service and want edible food. I asked for a reservation for their Christmas Eve dinner as a guest at the hotel giving them my details. The charge was $115.000 pesos each which is already a very expensive dinner. When I later enquired about the time for my reservation, the team told me that the reservation hadn’t been processed. Not sure why as the last message I received from the team was ‘we go ahead’ when translated into English with no further messages from them or requests for information. It then turns out that the price had dramatically increased to $145.000 pesos! It wasn’t made clear that it had increased and it’s not my local currency. In my panic to not have a Christmas reservation (which hadn’t been processed due to their incompetence) I paid it. What a mistake. They have not explained or apologised why my initial reservation and quote couldn’t be honoured and have been extremely rude and unreasonable. I have never stayed anywhere which would refuse such a reasonable request from a paying guest. I have experienced better service at 2 star hotels than I have here. I had clearly tried to make a reservation at the prior price. To make things worse, the food wasn’t worth the money. I couldn’t eat the main course or the dessert as they were so awful. The steak was honestly the worst I have ever eaten anywhere in the world (as pictured). I struggled through the small part that was edible because I knew how much money it had cost. The buffet courses were better quality but with no labels I wasn’t sure what anything was which was a real shame. Eggs at breakfast were also inedible so I don’t think the bad food quality is restricted to the holiday dinners unfortunately. They don’t care about the guests who stay there or your experience. They just see you as money machines. It is not 4* quality. I would go elsewhere.

Great stay of 4 days with my family. We had a suite and needed a crib for my daughter which was there waiting for us when we arrived. We even arrived early and weren't able to let them know but they had the room ready all the same since they new the flight times and accounted for that. Really great spot, just a bit of left over garbage and dirt in the bathroom but otherwise it was lovely.

I love this Hotel . Safe. Friendly . The best Flowers . Location . Great spa ( por favor no tiren tanto cloro en el hot tub) el Resto maravilloso . Volveré a este hotel . Hermosa suite . La cocina las camas . Aumenten el salario a los que trabajan acá porque son gente hermosa que trabaja diez puntos

Our booking was cancelled ten days out from arrival. They lied and said the credit card declined but it had heaps of funds on it and they just took our booking and left us with nowhere to stay!!! They didn't get back to us when we queried it and service was poor.

ENGLISH VERSION (Spanish version below) 9/11/2023! Not worth the high price at all. Do not recommend this place for any special occasions, I went for my birthday and a receptionist treated me really bad , she didnt even say happy birthday as she said she wouldn't give me treat they promised to, a day before. Unkind and bitter experience with her. My boyfriend left a cake for them to bring at 12 and not only did they forgot, but really, the way this woman receptionist treated us when we went to talk this over was really rude. to be fair to the rest of the receptionists there, the name of this person is Jorgelina. The rooms do not look like the pictures uploaded. We got a room with an internal view that was really awful.It felt like being in a lockdown again, no sense of wether is sunny or not, night or day, outside. Must say though, in all fairness, that the people working at the pool, gym, and buffet were the sweetest, most attentive people, really awesome. I wouldn't recommend the hotel due to the administration but not because of them, the service on these teams was amazing. ESPANOL 9/11/2023 No vale el alto precio que piden. No recomiendo para nada esta experiencia si vas al hotel para celebrar una ocasión especial, fui para festejar mi cumpleaños y a mi novio le prometieron una "atencion especial" que despues negaron en recepción, sin siquiera desearme un feliz cumple al verme cuando reclamamos. Mi novio habia dejado una torta que se olvidaron de llevar a las 12. La recepcionista de la que hablo nos trato amargamente.Para no ser injusta con los demas en la recepción, si es que el hotel lee esto, el nombre es Jorgelina. Las habitaciones no son como las imágenes muestran, para nada. Nos toco una habitación con una vista interna y fue una mala experiencia, no se sabe si es de dia o de noche, se siente como un encierro. Sin embarbgo debo remarcar que el equipo y el servicio en las areas de la pileta, buffet y gimnasio fueron impecables, gente muy amable, dulce, copada. Nada que ver con el trato de la recepcionista mencionada arriba. La gente de la pileta, un amor, muy atentos y buena onda.

Horrible!! I had to put 1 because there are no “0”. The worst hotel I have been in my life. Bugs on the bed. The building is falling apart. The first night I had to sleep in chairs because bugs came out flying out of the covers The smell of the bathroom as a public bathroom. They just spent money on the hall and the dining area. The rest is terrible. I THINK THEY PAID THE BE a 4 star hotel. In USA that is not even a motel. I have pictures and videos to prof this. Do not stay here
