The Burgundy Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Enjoyed our stay. Second time staying at the Burgundy Hotel. If coming to Little Rock, this is definitely the hotel to book and stay. Quaint and Eclectic Hotel. Very clean and nice rooms, spacious king bed rooms, and has an excellent restaurant inside as well as a good breakfast bistro too. Customer Service is very accommodating and professional..They strive to make your stay enjoyable and overall experience pleasing.

Great stopover location for our family. Private and quiet, easy in and out. Would stay again.

We have stayed at the Burgundy Hotel many times when coming to Little Rock. It's very conveniently located and the rooms are nice. Diara, one of the associates at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, our stay went well. Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone and said it was not which was ok, but at check out, we were charged $250 and told it was related to a cleaning fee for Smore, our dog. Smore does not shed and we made sure to keep the room tidy while we were there, so we were a little disappointed about this.

Very welcoming staff right on entrance. The entire hotel smelled really nice inside. We were on the 2nd floor and there’s only one elevator I believe for the entire place . This was a little annoying cause you had to wait a while. We ordered room service and the food was actually really good . Shower was nice but hated the sink. The towels were like sandpaper so they might want to invest in some fabric softener. Overall for only 1 night it was an ok stay.

Staff was great. Rooms very nice. Once they get the parking lot on the side refinished it will be even better.

Overall, an overpriced average hotel. The front desk staff needs to be more helpful and polite. If you book through *******, they will charge a $65 resort fee per night, per person. I will not return to this property again. ******* should disclose all fees, including the resort fee, upfront.

This location is a hidin Gem in Little Rock Arkansas my husband and I really enjoyed this hotel for our anniversary weekend. Great Location Parking rooms excellent!

The bathtub and kitchen sink had drainage issues. The bathtub also had standing water after use. I wish staff had checked the obvious issues before letting room on rent.

Very clean, nice staff. Would definitely stay again when visiting.
