Palm Springs Hotel Chengdu Vignette Collection（Global Center SKP）

My stay at this hotel exceeded expectations! I must give a special shout-out to Zera from Guest Relations. She proactively contacted me before check-in to ask about my preferences. Her service was warm and thoughtful, perfectly balanced—never overly intrusive, yet responsive whenever needed. The hotel environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and comfortable, making for a very heartwarming stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Chengdu!

Chose the Vignette Collection Palm Springs Chengdu for a business trip, and the overall experience was top-notch. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and the staff were polite, prompt in meeting requests, and provided attentive service without being overbearing. The Sichuan embroidery in the lobby is very distinctive, the floral arrangements are classy with great aesthetic appeal, creating a sophisticated ambiance, and there's a large rotating screen along the side. The room was quiet and well-suited for working. Plus, they provided a DIY cocktail kit—great for getting hands-on during downtime, a nice touch! Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

I traveled during the off-peak period right after the National Day holiday and booked this hotel after seeing good reviews. To my surprise, the service was delightful—they even called in advance to check on us. The hotel lobby is grand, featuring an upscale, classic aesthetic reminiscent of a prosperous era, adorned with tasteful metal accents that look very stylish and textured. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and included a bathtub, and the shower, in particular, was fantastic—it's really rare to come across such a great shower experience. The breakfast spread was generous, featuring freshly made steamed buns and wontons (chao shou). The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, all the staff we met were very enthusiastic, and overall, it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located right at the Metro Line 18 station, making trips to Tianfu Airport especially easy. The buffet breakfast was also delicious, allowing me to try all the local specialties. The room facilities look very new. Overall, it's a great choice for traveling.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and features a traditional luxury decor style. Also, Selina provided exceptional service, communicating with us in advance and actively helping us with all our requests every day.

Decided to catch the tail end of the holiday and travel off-peak to Chengdu for a few days; I'm currently staying at another downtown hotel, but Palm Springs was definitely my favorite by far. The location is simply unbeatable—right by the subway station. The staff provided warm and attentive service, and the facilities are great and clearly well-maintained. The ambiance is even better, offering stunning high-rise views, and they even welcomed me with complimentary fresh fruit. Across the street, there are tons of delicious Sichuan restaurants, hot pot, and skewered food (chuanchuan), plus a park right next door. It's all about eating, drinking, taking a leisurely walk, and getting a good night's sleep—the ultimate holiday vibe. The 4th-floor swimming pool has a glass ceiling, so swimming while basking in the warm sunshine was pure bliss. You get to avoid the downtown crowds while still having easy access to the city center. Highly recommended!

Traveling during the National Day holiday, with Chengdu as our starting point, this hotel is in a great location. It's clean and the facilities are very comfortable. We stayed for one night before heading to western Sichuan the next day, which was super convenient as it saved us from the terrible traffic in downtown Chengdu. The service was also excellent, and they gave us lots of great travel tips. It was a fantastic start to our trip—simply perfect! We'll definitely stay here again to rest and recharge on our way back.

Great hotel! The facilities are well-maintained, and it's spotlessly clean. The bedding is silky smooth—one of the few hotels where I can sleep totally worry-free. The location is fantastic, right outside the subway station, making business travel very convenient in a bustling city like Chengdu. The service is particularly worth mentioning: very warm, natural rather than forced, and high-end~~. It's quiet, pleasant, and worth coming back to.

The room was very spacious and cleaned promptly. The nearby Water Street was also great for a stroll. Selina provided thoughtful and attentive service—she invited our kid to the hotel's sachet-making workshop and even gave them a little gift. All in all, I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.
