The lobby environment and service were good, but the hygiene was really poor. The carpet was dirty, the bed sheets were pilling, and the pillows were disgusting with lumpy cotton inside. It was also very noisy. Outside the window, there was a constant sound of motorcycles and cars passing by, and people kept talking right outside the door, especially in the morning, which I assume were staff cleaning. I wouldn't recommend it.

Convenient room, I liked it. You can smoke everywhere in the hotel, which is handy; always easy to bum a cigarette.

The room was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was really soft and large. I was very happy with the public areas, and there's even a pool. Breakfast is freshly made, and you can choose one of six options. Milk, coffee, and tea are self-service and refillable.

I booked a twin room for myself this time, just wanting to get some good rest on my last day. The people here are truly wonderful and so kind. I really love this place; this hostel is definitely why I'll come back to Phu Quoc.

My stay at 9 Stations Hostel was fantastic. The location is excellent, with convenient transport links and nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and local specialty snacks, making getting around a breeze. The hostel itself is clean and tidy, and the common areas are warmly decorated, perfect for meeting travelers from different places. The beds are comfortable, and the curtains provide a good level of privacy. The air conditioning and hot water were consistently good, and it was relatively quiet at night, ensuring a good rest. The staff were very friendly. Check-in was quick, and they patiently offered information on local attractions and transportation, which was very welcoming. The hygiene was also well-maintained, with public showers and toilets cleaned regularly. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended for backpackers, solo travelers, or those on a short stay. If I return to this area, I would definitely choose to stay here again and will recommend it to other travelers.

The hostel regularly hosts games, and I even won 10 bottles of wine – I highly recommend this hidden gem! The price is also very affordable.

Good hotel/hostel, breakfast included. The staff are very welcoming, attentive, and pleasant.
