Extremely satisfied! We booked a one-night stay with two meals included, and a dedicated butler, a Vietnamese lady, took care of all our meals and arrangements daily. She spoke fluent English and a little Chinese, and the service was excellent.
Dinner was especially noteworthy; the ingredients were fresh, with various seafood options, including lobster sashimi and a huge abalone. The taste was truly delicious, and the value for money was outstanding.
Our room had a balcony with a foot bath, which was very unique. Soaking our feet while looking at the maple leaves in the courtyard was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel has both private and public hot springs. Private hot springs require a daily reservation for a specific time. Complimentary tea, ice cream, and milk are provided daily.
The only slight drawback is the somewhat remote location, which might be inconvenient for those without a car. Also, there was no one at the front desk when we checked in, causing us to search for someone for quite a while, which was quite confusing.
Overall, however, it was truly excellent and highly recommended.
