A very nice hotel with impeccable service, a wonderful environment, private hot spring baths, and the option to have the entire bamboo forest hot spring privately in the morning. Although we didn't speak the language, the butler service was very patient.

Extremely satisfied! We booked a one-night stay with two meals included, and a dedicated butler, a Vietnamese lady, took care of all our meals and arrangements daily. She spoke fluent English and a little Chinese, and the service was excellent. Dinner was especially noteworthy; the ingredients were fresh, with various seafood options, including lobster sashimi and a huge abalone. The taste was truly delicious, and the value for money was outstanding. Our room had a balcony with a foot bath, which was very unique. Soaking our feet while looking at the maple leaves in the courtyard was incredibly relaxing. The hotel has both private and public hot springs. Private hot springs require a daily reservation for a specific time. Complimentary tea, ice cream, and milk are provided daily. The only slight drawback is the somewhat remote location, which might be inconvenient for those without a car. Also, there was no one at the front desk when we checked in, causing us to search for someone for quite a while, which was quite confusing. Overall, however, it was truly excellent and highly recommended.

The environment is very good, very Japanese. The hot springs are particularly good. It is a great experience to feel the Japanese countryside in the mountains. I will come again next time

The rooms in the hot spring hotel are very large, with an outdoor private hot spring and an indoor hot spring. The staff at the hotel were very cordial and courteous. We stayed for two nights in a row and the restaurant upgraded the dinner for us on the second night. It was really delicious and rich!
