The hotel is very well located, the decor is tasteful, the furniture is a bit dated but the bathroom is nice. The reception and service are what you would expect to find in China.

Overall, the stay was excellent, definitely a five-star rating. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff members, Oliver and Vanida, were patient and attentive, responding promptly to any issues. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around, with a wide variety of dining and shopping options nearby. The environment is quiet, providing a great experience for rest and relaxation, and it offers good value for money. I will prioritize choosing this hotel again on my next visit.

We booked a standard room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded to a business-class room for free. This was a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The evening view of Shanghai was particularly impressive. Some reviews mention wear and tear on the furniture and small chips. Yes, there were indeed a few minor imperfections here and there, but for us, this was absolutely not a problem. The most important thing was that the room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Small signs of use did not detract from our overall impression of the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection of dishes was good, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was attentive. Everything was tasty, clean, and well-organized. The hotel has good restaurants and bars. While the prices aren't the lowest, the food is delicious and interesting. Some dishes were unusual for us, but that's precisely why they were memorable. If you don't feel like going to a restaurant, I can recommend ordering food directly to your room. The room service menu has quite reasonable prices, especially for a hotel of this caliber. We ordered dishes to our room – everything was delivered neatly, the food was fresh, tasty, and the portions were adequate. After a long day of exploring Shanghai, this is a very convenient option. I want to specifically highlight the staff. They were attentive and friendly towards us, and responded normally to requests. The service was of a good standard, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with our trip and the hotel. Shanghai is an amazing city, and the hotel's great location made our journey even more convenient and enjoyable. I can confidently recommend this hotel. Yes, it's not brand new, and you might find some minor imperfections, but they are insignificant. The good location, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, decent service, beautiful views, and the option to enjoy tasty food both in the restaurants and in your room – all of these were much more important to us. If we visit Shanghai again, we would gladly stay here.

My sibling and I stayed here, and the view was fantastic! It's close to People's Square and easy to hail a taxi. When checking in, we had two separate reservations for our two nights and one night stay. We asked if we could combine them into one room for three consecutive nights, and they happily accommodated us. Since one of the nights would have been a downgrade, they even added breakfast for two for all three days, lol. It was so good! They have staff who can speak Korean, and the machines are well-equipped. Everyone is so friendly, especially the staff – I love them! They also helped us with all our delivery pickups. I'm taking away wonderful memories from my first trip to Shanghai!!! And at checkout, Sandy and Lily were incredibly kind, helping with our luggage storage and giving us drink coupons, making the end of our stay great, lol. The view is excellent, and the accessibility is superb, so I think Koreans would also have a comfortable stay! Highly recommended!! I heard the pool was good too, but unfortunately, I didn't get to use it because we were busy sightseeing, lol. Anyway! Highly, highly recommended!!

This was my first trip to Shanghai, so I carefully chose my accommodation, and I'm 100% satisfied! All the staff spoke English, which made communication easy, and Polina, who helped with check-in, was especially kind. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. It's also close to Nanjing East Road, and convenient for trips to Wuzhen or Disneyland. The only regret is that I couldn't visit Hanjuyi, which is right next door. Highly recommended for Koreans!
