Delight Hotel Jamsil

The hotel's location is quite good, and the room is reasonably spacious. However, the price gouging during the concert period was a bit much; it was three times the usual rate, which felt like a real rip-off.

The hotel is not big, but it's well-equipped. The air conditioning works really well, the shower has great water pressure, and there's a large bathtub for soaking. The smart toilet in the bathroom is also very good. The bed sheets were clean, though the pillows were a bit too firm for comfort. The slippers weren't disposable, which is probably for environmental reasons. As long as they're disinfected, it's fine. There's a Chinese cleaning lady at the hotel who was very welcoming, it felt like home.

The duplex suite had tiny windows, which was very misleading compared to the pictures on Trip.com. The facilities were quite old, but the stay itself was okay. However, when I checked out, I wanted to store my luggage, and the front desk said there would be a charge. Their attitude was pretty mediocre.

This hotel is great for fans! I booked a room with a 1.6m bed, which was a bit snug for two people. The room itself is quite small, so for comfort, I'd recommend it for solo travelers. The surrounding area is incredibly lively and bustling with plenty of food and shopping options. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center. The service was excellent, and you can communicate in English throughout your stay.

Not too far from either the Line 5 or 9 subway stations, and just one stop from KSPO Dome. You could even walk there on a nice day. I've stayed here twice now, and the rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. Plus, it's right on a food street with tons of restaurant options. Highly recommend.

The room facilities were good, and the space was decent for being in downtown Seoul. It was cleaned daily, and there's a washer and dryer on the top floor, which was really convenient. A convenience store is just a short walk away. Just a heads-up when taking a taxi: the location pin nearby might not be entirely accurate.
