The Scarlet, Lincoln, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Excellent staff and place.

Bar selection was average every thing else was great I would definitely return for future stays. Rooms are smaller than most but are new and clean.

Great staff at the front desk and coffee shop. Room is clean, modern and functional. The beds are very comfortable. We always stay here on our way to and back from Colorado.

I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean.

The check in was a nightmare and we were told we couldn’t check in when we arrived because we booked on *******. Finally when we did check in the new person told us they were sorry and tried to make it right with drink tickets-nevermind that it ruined the rest of the day because our timeline was delayed 3 hours. We didn’t use the drink tickets at all either. We were also told multiple different times of the onsite restaurant hours. When we finally did eat at the restaurant-which was supposed to open at 5-we were not seated until almost 5:20 and there was literally no one in the restaurant. To cap the weekend off, my husband got food poisoning immediately following eating scallops at the restaurant. Upon check out there was no cares given about any of this. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Lincoln over the years, and never have I had such a terrible experience. Never again will I stay here. And such poor professional on the staff and management blaming ******* for their shortcomings.

Friendly welcome, clean room. Wish there were instructions about drinking water, and some complimentary tea bags.

The room is always so comfortable and clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This iis my favorite hotels in Lincoln!

Staff and hospitality are top-notch! This is a great place to stay. Great restaurant, convenient shuttle and super comfy room! Five stars!
