InterContinental Hotels SHENZHEN WECC by IHG (Snow World)

Came to Huarun for skiing with my kids and chose InterContinental again. As always, the service standard was consistently excellent. A special thank you to Guest Relations Linda, who communicated our check-in needs in advance, ensuring our room was comfortable and providing warm, attentive service. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of delicious options; the seafood congee, healthy desserts, and local specialties are all worth trying.

My stay here was excellent. The room was spacious and airy, with plenty of room to move around, comfortably store luggage, and relax. It was clean and tidy overall, making for a very comfortable stay. Linda at the front desk was thoughtful and attentive, greeting me warmly and efficiently handling the check-in process. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, proactively offered helpful advice, and maintained a kind and friendly demeanor throughout. The combination of the spacious, comfortable room and Linda's exceptional service truly helped relieve my travel fatigue. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience and highly recommend this place.

The hotel facilities are quite new, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. The staff promptly responded to our requests and delivered items to our room very quickly. All the employees were very enthusiastic. Alison, Allen, and Doris had excellent service attitudes, and Linda from guest relations made us feel very welcome. My friends traveling with me really loved the ambiance of the lobby bar. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Shenzhen next time, hahaha!

Linda, Winnie, and Alison were all great. Check-out at the lounge was quick, and the afternoon tea was excellent.

New facilities, great service, very satisfied. It's my top choice for business trips. The breakfast is extensive, and the hallways are quiet. The staff are enthusiastic. When connecting to Wi-Fi, remember to add a '0' before your room number, otherwise, it won't connect.

Had a fantastic stay! The gym was excellent with great equipment. Breakfast and lunch were delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The service in both the restaurant and from housekeeping was superb. Very satisfied overall.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I have to give a special shout-out to Luke, Diana, and Rainbow. Every one of them was incredibly thoughtful and had all the details sorted out in advance. Luke is very reliable and always quick to resolve any issues that came up. They were all so kind and patient, which made the whole atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!
