Attended a conference. My stay was a 10/10! The hotel is in a fantastic location with easy transportation, and the overall ambiance is upscale and refined. Nora was extremely friendly and prompt in addressing all our requests; you can really see the thoughtfulness in the little details. The facilities are well-maintained, making my time at the conference very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Checked in yesterday, and Nora provided exceptionally attentive, warm, and professional service. The entire experience was wonderful. The room was clean, cozy, quiet, and comfortable, with great facilities. A hotel definitely worth recommending.

Standard King Room. It's not huge, but the layout is comfortable. The minibar drinks are free, though we didn't end up having any. The lobby has a happy hour from 6:00 to 7:30 PM with free drinks and a live singer, which is a nice touch. The location is unbeatable—right opposite Xintiandi, making it super convenient for some patriotic education.

This was my first time staying at the Andaz Xintiandi, and the experience was fantastic! I booked the Super Large Room, and it certainly lives up to its name—the space is huge, measuring a full 87 square meters! The window faces Xintiandi, offering a stunning night view. The hotel staff were all proactive and friendly, and any requests were promptly addressed. I felt the stay offered great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again given the chance!

The entire check-in process was thoughtful and attentive, with impeccable attention to detail. They proactively anticipated guests' needs, and their communication was both patient and gentle. Any queries were met with a swift response, and every detail was thoroughly considered, making me feel truly at home. The service felt natural rather than forced, and genuinely sincere, which greatly enhanced the stay. The whole experience was relaxing and reassuring. I'd definitely want Jojo to assist me again next time, highly recommended!

Overall, a very comfortable stay and highly recommended. The room cleanliness, bedding, and sound insulation were all on point. The staff were polite and attentive, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The breakfast tasted good with a great variety of choices. The hotel has a quality feel and a convenient location, making it great for a relaxing stroll or getaway. Worth a return visit.
