Wonderful hotel with immaculate cleanliness, excellent service, and a perfect location right in front of the Zhonglou station exit and the Bell Tower. There are shopping malls, numerous shops, and restaurants all around—simply perfect. We visited the Terracotta Army archaeological site, which is about a 50-minute Didi ride away. The ride was accepted almost instantly and the trip was very smooth.

Prime location (next to Xian bell tower and 10 min walk to the walls and in front of the shopping mall) and really beautiful interior. The room was spacious and had good amenities. The staff at reception was nice but not as friendly as the majority of other China hotels I stayed in. The windows in some rooms are super small - pay attention to description of the room when booking. The lady at the door was super friendly though. Hotel is Clean and felt safe.

We enjoyed the spacious clean comfortable room, beautiful view of Zhonglou from our room, free laundry facility, and close to metro entrance. Breakfast provided both local and western selection and they were delicious. The afternoon tea was a nice treat. It was a great stay.

The location is fantastic—you can see the Bell Tower right outside the hotel doors, and the subway entrance is just steps away. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The female staff at the front desk were wonderful; they even called us in advance to ask about our travel arrangements and provided detailed directions. 👍🏻👍🏻
