I always stay at The Sukhothai, it's very comfortable and the service is excellent. The location is perfect, I can get to Taikoo Hui without even going outside, it's my go-to choice every time!

The customer service team proactively contacted me to confirm my check-in time, and the process was smooth upon arrival. All the staff members were very polite. Even though it was the Chinese New Year holiday and there were many guests, the hotel remained relatively quiet. Its excellent location made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The room facilities were complete and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. It was a rare and relaxing break during the holiday.

Right next to HKRI Taikoo Hui, and convenient for places like Zhangyuan. Really liked the bathroom, though I felt something was missing without a sliding door, haha. The bottled water in glass bottles felt high-quality, and the pajamas were very comfortable (but wrinkle so easily!). P.S. They don't deliver food to your room.

Had a very satisfying stay. The hotel is located in a bustling area yet offers a quiet retreat, connected to Nanjing West Road and Taikoo Li shopping mall. The room was spacious and stylish. I also used the pool; the 25-meter pool environment was great, although the water temperature was a bit on the cool side. All the front desk staff were very nice.

The hotel's location next to Taikoo Hui is super convenient for getting around. The room facilities are excellent, and the room we booked was spacious and comfortable. The service attitude was fantastic; they proactively helped with luggage and even provided children's breakfast. One night, after I had a bit too much to drink, a manager named Yu specifically arranged for a colleague to take great care of me and escort me to my room. I believe this truly reflects their service philosophy of putting people first. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly made mini wontons and pancakes. We stayed for three days and never had the same thing twice. Highly recommended.
