My Place Hotel-Carson City, NV

Very nice place and excellent value, but with two problems. The soundproofing is poor, but turning on the heater could cover the noise from other rooms. Also I saw a few tiny bugs.

Clean and cozy

Took a long time to make ice. Bed was a little squeaky, mattress in need of replacement. Otherwise, no complaints. Staff friendly and helpful, everything clean and well maintained. Plenty of convenient parking. Great location.

Nice simple room. Kitchenette area would be convenient for preparing food though I didn’t use it. Loud neighboring room, though not the hotels fault. Would be nice if walls were better insulated.

The My Place in Carson City Nevada seems new. I don't know how old it is, but it is well kept and the staff courteous. The room was comfortable and the recliner and desk were both used and appreciated by my wife and I. The bath/shower was very nice.

Overall the hotel is very clean and the desk clerk was very nice. My main complaint was that the room had a kitchenette, but it had absolutely no cookware or dishes. I chose this hotel so that I would be able to cook a meal, but after purchasing some groceries and checking in I had no way to cook it.

Upon arrival staff seemed a bit under pressure but that changed throughout our stay. Rooms were clean, well lit and spacious for the price. We will be coming back. Would have been a big bonus to receive a meal.

The room was very clean and the staff was professional and welcoming. Overall, a great experience!
