Best place hotel to stay and helpful staf

I stayed for three nights ,booked an extra night as it was a lovely hotel. I was the only western guest as this is a Chinese area of Shianoukville.From my arrival to departure the staff were fantastic,more later. Great breakfast, very good gym, pool with loungers not good for me as I like sun and the pool area gets absolutely none. Comfortable sun loungers there. Wifi excellent everywhere.My room was on floor 18 and very quiet and with everything you need for a great stay. I used the 24hour spa for a wonderful massage 60 minutes for $20 US. I ate at the buffet one night which after 8.30 is buy one get one free.😋🤩😋. You always read in reviews about staff, I travel six months a year and I can honestly say that the staff here are amazing. Everyone so kind and smiling. A special mention to Royce a manager who I met at breakfast. Such a wonderful employee of the hotel as we're all of her colleagues,too many to mention. Shianoukville is an interesting place and not for me as it looks like it has developed for the male Chinese market, casinos,spas and KTV bars. Thanks to the hotel we had a good night out at Anchor bar on the beach which was fun and the hotel even used the hotel car to get is there. Amazing hotel.

I booked this hotel for two nights but extended one more. The hotel is new and very stylish. My room was on the 18th floor and had evuthing need for a comf stay. Great aircon and shower, big TV. Hotel facilities included a 24spa, the massage I had was very good. The gym is a great size and has everything for a good cardio and weights workout. The pool area had comfortable padded sunbeds but be aware no sun reaches them Or the pool. Breakfast is in a lovely area and we had the buffet dinner as well. The standout are the staff. I travel a lot and I found everyone working at the hotel so good, friendly and so helpful. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. It is also located very close to the beach and the U mall. I wouldn't however really rec Shianoukville as a western tourist there was nothing really there. It has been developed for the Chinese male tourist with many ****** and massage. They smoke like trains lol. That said a wonderful modern, clean hotel.
