The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach

This is a five-star hotel that speaks for itself. The staff are friendly, the view is great, and the room is spotless. The bed feels like latex and is incredibly soft and comfortable. Although the location is a bit far from the beach, it's a quick walk. There isn't a big difference in walking distance to Waikiki Beach anyway, as you have to go east along the main road through the city center to get there.

I stayed for one night, and the room was clean and well-stocked with amenities, making for a very comfortable stay! There was also a Japanese-speaking staff member, so even without knowing English, I had no trouble communicating. 😊

Everything was great, and the kitchen facilities were a bonus.

This was my second stay, and they even upgraded my room, which was a very pleasant surprise!

This hotel was incredibly clean and spacious – absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, and it felt as pristine as a hotel in Japan. The staff were also very accommodating.

Everything was excellent! 👍 The Ritz-Carlton's service is top-notch, and the in-room amenities are superb, especially the toiletries. Staying in a high-floor sea-view room offered a fantastic view! 👍

The facilities were old and dirty. Since we were traveling with a child, I wondered if I needed to wipe the floor with wet wipes because it was all black. The worst part was the soundproofing. There were loud motorcycles and cars rumbling downstairs all day, and in the middle of the night, there were street racing noises and very loud music. Our child couldn't sleep at noon or night and kept waking up crying. The experience was truly awful.

The room was great, and the view was good too. It's conveniently located, but breakfast wasn't very accessible.

Very suitable for longer trips.
