Mandarin Oriental Jakarta

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta! The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Jakarta and conveniently close to shopping malls and major attractions. What impressed me most was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, attentive and always ready to assist. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for comfort, luxury and excellent hospitality in Jakarta. Highly recommended! ❤️

Phenomenal hotel! Beautiful interior and very nice facilities! The room had a very nice view as well. The breakfast was truly amazing, 10/10! Like the breakfast was the highlight of each day. The staff in general were very polite and spoke perfect English. The only drawbacks were that the room felt a little stuffy upon entry, almost like they hadn’t had the a/c running for a long time before I checked in and the security could be so tight to the point of inconvenience.

Old luxury in one of the best locations in town. Great service, very clean and well kept. Would come again, but the road noise is unfortunately no joke.

Hotel is perfect, walking distance to plaza indo and grand indo. There is a secuirty check at the entrance so you'll feel safe. Welcome drink available and staff were pretty much helpful and polite. Second stay here and will be our fav hotel.

The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable for our family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made travelling with kids so much easier. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes, with plenty of options for both adults and children. The swimming pool was a favorite with our kids, and all the facilities were clean, well maintained, and family-friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and many of Jakarta’s popular attractions, making it convenient for family outings. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta for your genuine hospitality and impeccable service. You made our family holiday truly memorable, and we can’t wait to return.
