The breakfast was fresh. The honor bar was fun, but needed more choices. It was strange we couldn't park by our room. All the dishes at dinner were cool to cold, when they were supposed to be hot. The location was lovely. Our room was so dark inside, which could be romantic. Loved the fire place in the room. We would stay there again

The location is definitely peaceful. The restoration looks lovely. We stayed in one of the cubes. The room is not a functional space. The bed is just about at ground level and you can only get in from the end of the bed. There is nowhere where you can sit and enjoy the view from your room. There are two “chairs” which cannot be used. The leather on one of these was stretched so hard it couldn’t be sat in. I notice many previous reviews mention this issue but obviously management has taken no notice and given customer comfort no regard. On arrival we asked if we could drive in to drop our luggage. The lady informed us this was not possible as only people requiring wheel chairs could drive their vehicle in. FYI - the rooms had steps to get in and were not wheel chair accessible! And, that very afternoon we saw someone who was clearly very mobile was allowed to park their car at their cube. We did thoroughly enjoy the restaurant food & service.

perfect spot to enjoy some days of pristine nature, stunning views, great hospitality., lots of attention to details and great hospitality. we enjoyed hikes, the surrounding area, the carefully selected books in the library, the breakfast buffet. we will be back

Une parenthèse enchantée en pleine nature !Un séjour exceptionnel pour se ressourcer. Les balades aux alentours sont magnifiques. Le petit-déjeuner propose un excellent choix de produits locaux de grande qualité. La bâtisse historique est magnifique et chargée d'histoire, tandis que la rénovation des cubes modernise le lieu en parfait accord avec l'environnement. Enfin, la restauration sur place est fine et d'une excellente qualité. Une adresse rare que je recommande sans hésiter !

Que gran descubrimiento! Si buscas aislarte del mundo y disfrutar la naturaleza: este es el lugar. Pero aun mejor porque su personal te hara sentir como que eres de la familia. Tiene el encanto del casco antiguo pero moderno y con muy buen gusto por dentro. Su restaurante es excelente. Los cubos (habitaciones) son algo especial, podras ver el paisaje desde cada uno de ellos sin que nadie se te interponga, mezcla de estilos escandinavos con orientales: Revisa la fotos, a nosotros nos encanto.
