Whitney Inn & Suites

We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable.

Clean no-frills hotel, I understand no breakfast but coffee would be nice

Run down and in need of an overhaul. No wifi available and tv didn't function, However the bed was quite comfortable.

The hotel was fairly good. Nothing special, but for a single overnight stay, it was fine.

The rooms are modern and clean. It's a great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Parking - lot is occupied by many cars belonging to residents, some of which do not appear to be functional. Residents also tend to hang out in the parking area. Probably safe due to the lighting and proximity to road - but doesn't necessarily feel secure. - Front desk staff isn't very welcoming /warm. - No restrooms in the lobby - No elevators to upper floor - Sink wasn't clean upon my arrival. Visible material still clinging to porcelain. - Carpet cleanliness iffy. - Linens were old but bed was comfortable - TV's aren't "Smart" or internet ready. You're stuck watching basic cable on a grainy screen. - No Channel guide. - Room service staff is friendly

The employee who checked us in and out was kind and did fine. It was the room and surrounding area. Didn’t feel like it was a safe place. The front desk has glass/ plastic shield. Hallways and stair were dirty. Windows were screwed shut. Just wasn’t a good stay.

The Wi-Fi was a bit meh - at 2pm, rideshare apps wouldn't work, so I just started walking to my destination until I found a connection. When I got back from the concert I had no problems using my phone for videos or watching livestreams. Could have just been heavy usage when I got there at 2? I had an upstairs room with a king bed, it was spacious and clean, love a microwave & glass shower doors! The picture quality on the TV was low, but fine for backgrounds ambiance. I wasn't given any instructions on how to check out, and they don't have a Dropbox for key cards. The lobby was locked, around 8am when I left, so I had to buzz them for service. Not an issue at all, just something to note. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.
