Excellent bungalow hotel. We had a separate, spacious house with a terrace. The room and shower room are large and comfortable, the mattress on the bed is comfortable. A whole bunch of pillows. Gorgeous pool overlooking Kep National Park. There are a lot of green spaces on the territory. Fruit trees that constantly drop mangoes. The owner of the hotel, a sociable person, answered all questions and organized a transfer to Ha Tien. We checked in immediately upon arrival at 11 a.m. without additional waiting and payment. We planned for one night, but liked the hotel so much that we stayed for more. The food and drinks at the hotel are delicious. There is a large villa for rent on the territory. The market prepares live seafood 10 minutes away. 1 kg of large shrimp 7 bucks, be sure to try the crabs.

The pool was lovely as were the grounds but the concrete bungalow we stayed in was very basic and very little comfort factor to it. All around the place appeared shoddy, furniture broken or well used. Sorry, Just not value for money. Breakfast was two eggs ( or alternatively pancakes), bread and coffee. I wouldn’t go back.

The pool is great, a definite highlight. The gardens and breakfast are good. Location is an easy walk to the waterfront restaurants and national park. Room would benefit from maintenance (eg repairing broken mosquito netting on windows, a fresh paint). Gaps around the door (partly where the wood has been eaten away) so mosquitos could get in even with windows closed. I appreciate maintenance can be difficult in hot climates, but for the price, you would expect better. The room could also have been cleaned more thoroughly before guests arrived. Provision of drinking water and coffee supplies was minimal, and restaurant has limited vegetarian options. I'd recommend staying here if a good pool and green space is your priority and you don't mind rough edges in the room - I'd stay again for the pool.

On the edge of national forest so monkey's come down now and then beautiful swim area. They are bungalows so if your looking for luxury maybe not the place but clean, cozy ,quiet , friendly close to market not far from beach this is the place 2nd time there will be a lot more i hope

Stayed here with travel companion in early may 2022. Was a hidden gem with a top pool excellent bungalows and helpfull/engaging staff. The grounds were well kept with loads of animals roaming around. Will be staying again.

Schöne einzelne Bungalows mit eigenem Badezimmer. Alles hat funktioniert, auch das warme Wasser per Durchlauferhitzer. Auf dem Gelände sind immer wieder Affen zu sehen, vorallem am Morgen. Sie turnen dann auf den Bäumen herum und holen sich die Früchte von den Bäumen. Der Pool war wunderschön, sauber und es hatte bequeme Liegen. Die Lady am Empfang war super nett und hilfreich. Das Frühstück lecker und frisch zubereitet. Es hat uns dort sehr gefallen. Crab Market ist zu Fuss in. 5 Minuten ereichbar.
