The staff were wonderful and were the highlight of my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, the team was friendly and helpful, and they kindly stored my luggage for me. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. I booked a Deluxe Sea View room, but from my ground-floor room the sea was barely visible due to the trees. While the sunset was beautiful, the room did not match my expectations of a sea view. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room felt as though it had not been occupied for some time. There was visible dust, cobwebs, and dust buildup, particularly in the bathroom. For me, the condition of the bathroom says a lot about the overall standard of housekeeping, and this was the weakest part of the room. The tap water also had a strong sewage-like smell, which was very unpleasant. Noise was another major problem. I specifically chose this property expecting a quiet hillside stay, but it was one of the noisiest hotel experiences I have had. Neighbours were loud throughout the day, and during the night there was significant noise from the room above, including shouting and repeated banging that woke me up around 2 a.m. The staff were excellent, but the cleanliness issues, unpleasant bathroom condition, and constant noise meant that the stay did not meet expectations.

I like the condo, the bed was comfortable, the big size space was nice as well. I loved the hot water that the showers released. But it was a bit noisy everyday. You can hear the cleaning people cleaning upstairs or outback. I think it's because the kitchen has screen windows instead of glass so you hear everything that goes on around you. I can hear the baby upstairs screaming early in the morning. I can hear the couple upstairs *************** and the woman **************** which I thought was funny. 🤣🤣 The loud music that played majority of the late nights and the loud talking became annoying after the first night. The steep hill that a person has to walk up and down to leave to go to the stores around the condo resort was painful. That steep hill felt like a damn workout. And the ****** from the 7/11 across the street also turned me off. The following me around in the store while I shopped It felt ******, uncomfortable, and disrespectful. So I stopped going to that 7/11 store altogether. The people in that community didn't seem friendly at all and it just made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like they're only nice to foreigners when they're getting our money but they make me feel like I was not welcome there. I believe the majority of the 7/11's in Thailand have ****** employees working there and their not afraid to show it or express it. I can say the condo has great A/C as well. I never got to use their small pool in the front because some of the guest would just stare at me weirdly. The staff was nice though. The location wasn't bad at all I could walk down to the beach which took me about 10 minutes. The place has great pricing rates to stay there but I wouldn't come back there in the future. All because the community didn't seem friendly at all to me. I can feel bad energy from other people even if they try to hide it or cover it up. I was born with that gift so I move around silently and accordingly by minding my business and staying out of their way.
