The hotel is really in an excellent location.
The view of Marina Bay is absolutely priceless.
However, the property is a bit dated and some elements need improvement — the towels had stains, and some walls looked freshly painted but not very well finished.
On the positive side, the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, which made the stay pleasant overall.

Nice place to stay but they promised to refund my deposit of $100 from my 1st card but still charge me! I wanted to use another card when I checked out and they already charged to my 2nd card!!!

1.服務差，誘導消費：前台的中分鍋蓋頭眼鏡小哥不知道是歧視華人還是歧視華裔女性，每次跟他説話都愛搭不理態度很差，説很多遍才回一句，裝聽不懂，但是我聽見他會説華語。退房時候，白男比我後到，他選擇性先接待白男，讓我等着。我催促一下，他就態度很差的甩臉子讓我等着。完全感受不到有服務意識
入住時反饋房間問題，他就衹有一句話，因為你訂的是最便宜的房型。
所有反饋的問題都衹能通過加錢解決，還未入住也不可以取消訂單，還拿機票的改簽政策跟我解釋，我無法接受。我看到的這些問題我認為都不是錢的問題。
2.設施差：整體設施廉價且陳舊，雖然是2018年裝修的酒店，但是可以看出來幾乎沒怎麼維護。
3.管理差：房間內能看出來有貓入住的痕跡，窗簾上的寵物抓痕高達2米，隨處可見貓毛。
4.衞生差：鏡子上肉眼可見的毛髮、沙發上的紙屑、床品上的毛絮、房間內還有貓咪鬍鬚
5.噪音大：凌晨兩點被摩託炸街吵的睡不着，隔音也不太好
6.私隱差：辦理入住時就像P1一樣，個人私隱訊息大屏展示，天才設計

Staycation with family, very convenient location, right above City Hall MRT, directly connect to Raffles City Shopping Mall and Fairmont Hotel... quiet, clean and spacious, 2 double bed good for family with 2 kids, stunning balcony view... however, toilet without bidet, and have to go over the bath tub ledge for shower is quite painful for elderly even though sufficient wall handle bars given. Beware of slippery floor because water flows out while showering.

我們一家人（四口之家）本以為要加床的 結果兩張雙人床夠睡）房間也很寬敞 視野好 乾淨衞生 客房服務人員也很有禮貌 熱情周到 餐食也不錯吃 退房時服務人員也很貼心問我們要不要忙幫叫車 總之入住體驗非常棒👍下次還會選擇這個酒店 這次住的城景房 下次來再訂海景房

這次早上到的航班，8點到的酒店，因寫明瞭下午三點入住，本打算先寄存行李去玩，沒成想，前台告訴我現在有房間可以入住（前台可以説中文很方便），雖然樓層在15層，但是能入住休息洗個澡也是非常開心的，就愉快的入住了。註冊了會員還送了兩瓶飲料。房間視野非常好，可以遠眺金沙，夜景超美。房間面積也很大，活動很方便，環境也安靜，睡覺完全沒有聽到噪音。酒店地點在地鐵附近，周圍有來福士，不用出酒店外面，樓內有通道直接地下一層就可以吃到了亞坤和麪包工坊早餐。總之，此次入住非常滿意。
