Hotel Jean Moët

The room is nice but you can hear everything from the room above you and from the stairs outside. Until around 11 pm we had what sounded like a herd of elephants marching the stairs and back and forth above us, it was seriously loud! At 6.20 am we were awaken by the sounds of furniture being moved around, it stopped after a short while but then we were already up. The room has frosted windows, probably because the view outside is a narrow alley. The breakfast was good with a very small buffet and eggs, bread, cheese and cold cuts served at the table.

We booked this hotel very last minute because our original accommodation did not have AC. We really loved this hotel and had a great stay. The AC worked wonderfully and was a big relief during the heatwave. The staff were all very helpful and nice. They let us store our bags until our room was ready and even got us into our room early and held our bags for us on checkout day while we did another tasting. We also rented ebikes and they let us store them for a bit after the company dropped them off and before they picked them up. The location is absolutely perfect. You are just around the corner from the Avenue de Champagne and an easy walk into Épernay or to the train station. The room was clean and cute and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel worked to ensure we were able to access room prior to check in. Room spotless, great quality towels, dressing gowns, bedding etc. Convenient underground parking close by. Centrally located between town amenities and Champagne Avenue. Quiet location, and our dog catered for with his own very comfortable bed…..might have to buy him one of those now!! 🙄. Didn’t have breakfast as dogs not allowed, but good boulangerie and breakfast cafes 2 minutes away.

Lovely comfortable, clean, and very friendly hotel with great breakfast choices. Fab facilities and decor in the room. Painting attached is the bedroom ceiling! Ideally situated near to the avenue de champagne and train station and with access to lots of restaurants nearby.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location to explore Epernay. Air conditioning is perfect. Lovely breakfast. We return every year!

Very friendly service, good renovated rooms and plentiful breakfast. Missing the last star because (given small size of the hotel) there wasn’t a lot of common spaces to enjoy

We loved our stay at the Hotel Jean Moet. The hotel is beautiful. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the avenue de champagne and the train station. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Epernay is a beautiful city ( not big) in the Maire an hour and a half by train from Paris. GO THERE, it is wonderful
