Love every bits of this place! Breakfast by the beach was great! Receptionist was helpful, if you booked for 2 bedroom mangsit suites, your room will be across the street but no worries there will be hotel staff to help you cross the street and handle the traffic.

The hotel is located by the sea and boasts excellent facilities, including a large and convenient swimming pool. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, and you can enjoy your meal while taking in the ocean view. The hotel's scenery is absolutely stunning. Besides the hotel's private beach, there are various other beautiful beaches within walking distance. There are also plenty of snack bars and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it's perfect.

Booked mangsit villa for 4 of us, very spacious villa. Ours located at 2nd floor, and the butlers helped us to carry our heavy suitcases to/from the villa.
Please note that this type of villa is not beach front but only small road-cross away from the main resort.
The facilities are top notch, their services and breakfast spread are excellent!

Everything was fine except for the distance from the city center and the fact that the tours were more expensive than usual. If you want to go to the hidden islands of Gili, it's an expensive choice. But if you want to spend time in a quiet, peaceful hotel, it is an excellent choice.

We booked the mangsit suite but the location of the suite is not strategic because being separated by the road in the middle rather than the main resort which has all the facilities like the restaurant, beach, pool and reception.
The room is particularly old and the furniture is dusty and broken. Amenities is cheap and the body wash is not even bubbling. The sofa has stained.
The only pro is the room is big and the staff is nice.
Breakfast is good and the area for the dining and the pool is very beautiful and scenic
