This is really the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. A five-star hotel at a five-star price. The staff in the store acted like they were worth millions and their service was very bad. It was very noisy outside at 7 or 8 o'clock in the day. The sound insulation was super poor! At 2 or 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, the floor and the machine outside kept making noises. It was 30 degrees without air conditioning, and all the pillows had a peculiar smell. When I told the front desk about these situations during the day, they acted as if they had no choice but to change the room. After changing the room, it was still the same, and they insisted that there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning. We just needed to explain that the pillows were changed, and they acted indifferently as if we were deliberately looking for trouble. The hygiene was terrible... There were so many things to complain about! It's not as good as a hotel that costs 2,000 yuan a night, at least they have air conditioning! Be careful when choosing to stay!

The room is very comfortable, cleaned twice a day, the service is in place, the location is excellent, suitable for parent-child travel, there are many Chinese restaurants around, and the children like it.

I made a mistake and booked four nights at the Colon Hotel in Barcelona with the view of the Sagrada Familia. When I was about to fly to Barcelona from Tenerife, I realized that I wanted to see the view of the cathedral. I canceled it immediately (four stars, not to see the Sagrada Familia, it’s still expensive) I checked the hotel urgently and saw the Cotton House, which is 15 or 20 minutes walk from various attractions. There are also rooms with sofa beds (it is not easy to choose a room when traveling in Europe with children). I was super surprised after checking in! *Here is a reminder, there is no suitable room type on booking for 3 people, but Ctrip has a room type with sofa bed for 30 square meters. Compare with multiple websites for booking abroad. The hotel supplies are #ortigia[topic]#. As a cotton house, the towels and bedding are naturally top-notch. The mattresses are comfortable. The room also has a cloakroom + double basins. A free hotel tour is provided to learn about the history and design details of the hotel. The service is mine. The most proactive and enthusiastic person I have ever encountered in Europe. There are so many design hotels in Barcelona. This is a hotel I will book again without hesitation next time. The biggest regret is that I encountered some hiccups and didn’t have time to properly purchase Ortigia on the day of departure.
