Iwamizawa Hotel 5 Jo

The front desk's service was poor. I noticed the missing loungewear and other amenities when I was leaving. I left without using them. There was no explanation. The explanation was insufficient. Loungewear, razors, etc.

Although it's a little far from the station, the staff were very friendly and I had a very pleasant stay. I stayed for two nights, and while I was relaxing in my room thinking I didn't need my room cleaned, but I did need some towels, I found a bag containing a set of towels and a green tea and coffee set hanging on the door handle. I'm very satisfied.

The breakfast was substantial. Not flashy, but good. I was a little disappointed that the rice was a little soft.

I didn't have breakfast this time, but it's always delicious.

The large public bath was very comfortable.

It is a very affordable and convenient hotel.

I made a reservation online, but because I didn't know how to do it properly, I ended up making three reservations! I asked the hotel staff to cancel my reservation, but in the end, I was convinced that calling was the most reliable option. I guess it's best for seniors not to try things they're not used to! Even if I canceled, there was no refund (on trip.com), so it ended up being a high tuition fee. The hotel staff were very friendly. I only stayed one night, but it was a homely experience, and I hope to stay again if I have the chance. However, there was a step in the room, so I was careful not to trip.
