Andronis Concept

My family recently stayed at Andronis Concept Wellness on a trip to Santorini. Not knowing Santorini, I did not know whether to stay in Imervogoli or Oia. This location gave us the best of both worlds. It was quiet and beautiful, and had a shuttle to take us to Oia each evening. The Andronis is simply gorgeous! We had a 3 bedroom villa for my family which was the perfect size. It was our own sanctuary with a private pool and spa overlooking the Caldera. The views from the hotel and restaurant were phenomenal! The staff was very accommodating and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this for a relaxing stay!

On arrival, we waited in an empty reception for 20 minutes, but were warmly greeted with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful 2-bedroom suite with a pool. The rooms are nicely furnished with comfy beds, and the cleaner does a fantastic, pristine job every morning (we happily rewarded her). The location on the coastal path is scenic and perfect for walking to Oia, Fira, and Imerovigli. The free hotel shuttle to Oia is a massive plus, especially since local taxis charge a steep €50. However, the service is incredibly frustrating. Breakfast is delicious, but the staff are tediously slow, forgetful, and repeatedly failed to get simple coffee/tea orders right and had to constantly chase and remind them every single morning. The pool bar is equally inefficient. With only one bartender, I waited 10 minutes for an Espresso Martini, only for him to bring out Martini Blanco. My husband’s beer went warm while waiting, so I eventually just cancelled the order. Finally, for a "wellness resort," the basic gym is subpar and needs a serious upgrade—it has only one treadmill, and the incline function is broken on that! We leave tomorrow, but sadly would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The staff are lovely and well-meaning, but need to be up to speed. For repeat customers, service is everything🙏

Just wow! We had the most amazing time celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary!! Having read all the reviews we were expecting great things but it still exceeded our expectations! The Hotel is architecturally beautiful, the grounds around it supplying local produce to the incredible restaurant! Every window looking out over the magical Caldera! The staff - from the front desk, waiting on and room attendants were brilliant with the most attention to detail - even noticing I had forgotten a bookmark for my book at putting one in place! As I said we were celeb our anniversary and they organised rose petals and candles for our first night! Stunning! It was also my husbands birthday whilst we were there and we were gifted a bottle of champagne! The room was totally incredible - split level so went downstairs to bath (which was huge!) shower room and dressing area and upstairs where the bed was was the view out to the balcony - day bed, our own infinity pool and those views!!!! Incredible sunsets! We used the spa which was utterly beautiful and had massages - mine was the hot stones and the best I have ever had! We did a yoga session offered by the hotel which was brilliant and the room was had the stunning views again! We went to the Throubi Restaurant - the food was immense and super delicious! The mushrooms I had to start were a taste sensation! Unfortunately we couldn’t sit out that evening as it was too windy but we had the perfect table inside! We hired a quad. Ike for 3 days and it was perfect for getting out and about and seeing the island - definitely recommend that! All in all it was a perfect holiday - couldn’t fault it in any way! Thank you so much!!

Excellent service and the room was beautiful with magical views of the caldera. Best place to stay away from the business of Oia and the multitude of tourist, and just minutes away from the vineyards and attractions.

Our stay was fabulous. The hotel was amazingly responsive and attentive. They helped us make reservations and book driver who took us all over the island. The spa services were fab. Thank you for making Santorini even better.

We've never spent so much money on a hotel, but we've also never been to any hotel quite like this. The architecture is beautiful and unique, the amenities are superb, and the the views are spectacular. Every detail here feels like it was deliberately chosen to fit the "wellness" mood of the resort. It was also nice to find calm away from the chaos of Fira or Oia. I loved the private pool (although it wasn't completely private since you could see people walking on the path outside), the extraordinary service, the location outside of Imerovigli, and the views of the caldera from the restaurant. One caveat: expect prices of services here to match what you're paying for your stay, especially the restaurant and the spa. But the meals are outstanding! We had high expectations for the capstone of our honeymoon trip, but this place really took our breath away.
