I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly,rus,walls,benzy,nana,peter,crea, humble, and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly welcome. I would also like to thank the hotel team for making my wife’s birthday extra special. They beautifully decorated our room and surprised us with a small birthday cake. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. Excellent service, warm hospitality, and great attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

The hotel was spotlessly clean. All staff were very helpful and so nice. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the pool at the side of our room. I Would highly recommend the breakfast it was gorgeous with plenty of choice. You order your breakfast on your phone and they cook it fresh for you. There will a a children’s room that contains some toys that will keep your little ones happy. The pool was lovely and there were enough subbed for everyone. It is in an ideal location near to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotwl. There will a a little restaurant a ross from the hotel as you start walking down to the beach called Spice House. The food is gorgeous. We had pizzas, naan bread and curry and the price was really good and cheaper than the hotel. We will definitely return if we ever come back to Krabi.

The room was clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The staff were patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Cream, Queen, and Mook went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Krabi!

The staff were all wonderful and always smiling! I highly recommend booking with breakfast included, as it's incredibly delicious! It was the most memorable breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I was also impressed by the hospitality, with complimentary snacks and fruit in the room. While amenities and beach towels are provided, you'll need to bring your own skincare products. I also used the spa. It's a bit pricey, but it was so relaxing that I went twice! Everything you need is nearby, including restaurants, tour companies, and laundry services, and Ao Nang Beach is only about a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel's location is so-so; it's fine for younger people, but for older guests, it's quite a distance from the sea and the main promenade, especially in very hot weather. The breakfasts are tasty, BUT you have to order through an app, which older people won't be able to figure out on their own. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the balcony pool – the water is really cold, making it impossible to swim even when it's hot!
