Hotel Adam Krabi

The service was excellent and very welcoming. Our room was fantastic, even having its own private plunge pool. The breakfast selection was extensive, though you do have to order and wait a bit. A lovely touch was receiving macarons every evening – very thoughtful! The hotel's dinner restaurant was also great, with beautifully presented dishes that can even be delivered to your room. The hotel's location is also a plus, right next to the main street of Ao Nang Beach, making it easy to get around. Just a heads-up, during the rainy season, you'll need to keep doors and windows closed as there can be quite a few mosquitoes, and it can get a bit humid. Overall, our experience was superb! We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Overall: If you can book it for under 1000, it's a great value-for-money five-star hotel. The breakfast is amazing, definitely choose a rate that includes it. Service: Couldn't ask for more. From check-in, everything was excellent. We received welcome snacks upon arrival, and every evening there were bedtime treats (two macarons, haha). Environment: Located right on the main street of Ao Nang, which makes getting around very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven just a few minutes across the street. Even better, the popular Pu massage is right next door, and their laundry service is cheap and convenient to use. Facilities: If you don't look too closely, it seems like a new hotel. But if you do, the interior finish is a bit rough around the edges, though it's perfectly functional. Cleanliness: Similar to the above – it generally looks clean. However, one day I happened to see staff cleaning a room, and the broom was placed right on top of the complimentary water bottles provided for each room… If you're particular about this, you might want to buy your own bottled water. Other: The hotel has its own app, and you can also book various day trips through the front desk, which is quite convenient.

The hotel has a great design, and it's a good location, about a 10-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach. The ground floor restaurant is open almost all day, which is very convenient for meals. The hotel breakfast was good, and the front desk service was excellent. I also found the hotel's app easy to use. However, the bath towels and bedsheets were quite old and worn, which is surprising for a hotel that's only been open for just over two years – they really should be replaced. The dental kit quality was also very poor. On a positive note, the spa on the second floor was fantastic.

The accommodation is comfortable and close to amenities. It has ample parking and a good atmosphere. The staff provides excellent service, and there's a good sense of privacy. Check-in was quick and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

This new hotel has a great design, and the rooms are spacious with private pools. The service is warm and friendly, and the location is quiet yet central. The à la carte breakfast is good, though the selection is a bit limited. Overall, it's a great experience, even if it's a bit pricey in January and February, but still very much worth it.

Came to Krabi for Chinese New Year and stumbled upon this hotel. Turned out to be a fantastic find! (Though the price wasn't cheap, the overall experience was great, so it was worth it). The room on the third floor was quite spacious with a separate shower and toilet. My son absolutely loved the pool right outside – he could jump in anytime without even leaving the room. The hotel's overall decor has a unique Egyptian terracotta style, which makes for some great photos. The semi-buffet breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of Chinese and Western options. Ordering by scanning a QR code reduced waiting times, which felt more comfortable than self-service. Overall, highly recommended and worth a stay!
