The rooms are huge and the decor is very suitable for summer – you could even shoot a movie here! It's really good, and there's also a Michelin three-star restaurant to dine at. It's excellent.

Stayed at a fantastic hotel in Barcelona. I've also stayed at hotels from this brand in places like Shanghai and Nanjing, and they've always been great! Planning to book 'her' again on my next trip to Barcelona, it's truly wonderful!

Exceeded expectations! This hotel offers incredible value for money. The service, breakfast, cleanliness, and amenities were all top-notch 👍. If I visit Barcelona again, I'll definitely stay here. While it's not super close to the main attractions or the city center, taxi fares in Barcelona are generally reasonable, so it's perfectly acceptable.

When I checked in, they asked if I was a member for a potential upgrade. I gave them my member number and was asked if I preferred a city view or a sea view. I chose sea view, but they gave me a room that was definitely not a sea view, claiming it was an upgrade. I then checked my booking and realized my original room type didn't specify a city view, meaning I could have chosen a sea view anyway. The main issue is they gave me a non-sea view room and still insisted they upgraded me to a sea view. I contacted Ctrip twice, but nothing was resolved, and even their customer service agreed with my frustration towards the hotel. You can see in the video below whether this is a sea view room. Honestly, if they didn't want to upgrade me, they could have just said so, and I wouldn't have forced them. The problem is they didn't upgrade me but still expected me to be grateful for an 'upgrade' to what they called a 'sea view room'.

Extremely disappointed with this stay. While I was out for dinner, hotel staff entered my room under the pretense of 'cleaning,' and without my knowledge, my cash was stolen. When I returned, I found a bath towel on the floor by the door. I initially thought I had just left it there in a hurry, but looking back, it was likely left by a careless staff member. After complaining to the hotel, the response was incredibly irresponsible: they claimed they found the cleaning staff but not the cash, and took no responsibility whatsoever. The hotel's attitude throughout was passive, showing no genuine willingness to resolve the issue. To experience such poor management and service at a five-star hotel that costs several thousand RMB for one night is truly shocking.
