The location of the hotel is very good as it is within walking distance to Times Square, Hysan Place and others. The MTR is below Times Square too and from here one can travel to any place within Hong Kong. There are many eateries around the hotel. The hotel provides breakfast in a restaurant on the second floor. However, the choices are limited and the portion is small. As with a lot of hotels in Hong Kong, the building of this hotel is rather old, and the space is quite small though slightly bigger than other hotels I have stayed in. All in all, my stay here has been pleasant and I like the location of the hotel.

The transportation is convenient. I stay at this hotel almost every time I'm on a business trip. It's very close to Causeway Bay MTR Station Exit A. The only thing is that the breakfast isn't quite to my liking.

The room was a decent size, but the toilet wasn't smart. We got two free bottles of water daily. The bathroom felt a bit old and wasn't very well-designed, lacking a hook for a large bath towel, which made it less comfortable. I arrived around 1:30 PM, and Jenny Lam at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She learned I had been up since 3 AM that morning and specially arranged for me to check in early. Huge props to Jenny Lam for her thoughtful and sweet service! It was also great that they allowed us to exchange breakfast vouchers for coffee vouchers. Wishing them all the best! 💞
