The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is very comfortable with spacious rooms. It's right by BTS Saint Louis station; you can reach it as soon as you exit the station. The front desk staff were all very friendly, and the service was truly amazing.

The service was excellent, truly top-notch. One day, I heard water running from the room above me for about two hours. I went to the front desk, and they immediately apologized and asked if I wanted to switch rooms or if the duty manager should bring maintenance up to check it out. I said to check it first, and less than 5 minutes later, they brought someone up. After confirming it was the sound of water running in the bathroom upstairs, they again asked if I wanted to change rooms if it was bothering me. I declined, and the lobby manager thoughtfully provided me with earplugs. I checked in during the Chinese New Year, and on New Year's Eve, they even prepared a 'Happy New Year' red packet and gave me two tangerines. The only minor point I'd mention is that the kitchen facilities in the room were quite old and limited. Also, the knives in the kitchen were too dull to cut anything. This area definitely needs more attention.

I'm not sure if there are a lot of interns, but the restaurant staff seemed a bit clueless and didn't really know what to do. When I asked questions, they didn't seem to understand much English either. This really isn't what I'd expect from a hotel like this.
