Location was very ideal, within walkable distance of pretty much everything. The hotel is clean with great services. The only thing that’s missing really was good wifi. Reception is poor and the wifi is slow. But overall, I’d come back again!

Excellent location - walking distance to water taxi stop so made arriving with luggage easy. Service was fantastic. Was upgraded to a Canal View room which was fabulous.

The hotel left a great impression on my wife and I considering that this is our first Venice visit. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. Very well located as well. Thank you for making our trip memorable. We will be back :)

Receptionist checked us in and out smoothly. The view of the room is great in both day and night. Bathroom is great and would be better if there is tooth brush and paste provided. Breakfast included is nice and they serve nice coffee, Nutella, fruits and drinks. Food and beverage servers and everyone there are friendly.

Very beautiful hotel in excellent condition in the center of Venice with a stunning view from the window on the Grand Canal. The staff are very responsive, friendly, accommodating. The breakfast is delicious with a glass of champagne and a good choice on the buffet. We would be happy to return.
