Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston-Billerica/Bedford/Burlington

This was by far the worse hotel stay I've ever had at a Hilton Brand hotel. The couch in our room was so worn, there were holes in it and cushions clearly visable through the uphostery. The two chairs in the kitchen were so filthy dirty, we put towels on them just to sit on them. We had two lamps in the room and neither of them worked because the bulbs needed replacing. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink and the cold water just dribbled out of the faucet. It couldn't be used. We had a king bed that was clearly concaved. As soon as we saw it, we knew it would be a problem. It was extemely uncomfortable and worn. This entire room needed a rehab several years ago. I'm absolutely shocked that I would get a room like this from Hilton Hotels. That mattress in our room should be tossed today. The saddest thing for me is the folks that fun this facility know all of this. In spite of that, we are allowed to check into a room in this condition. Shameful........

Nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, nice variety, tasty.

Great place to stay if traveling with children. All the extra amenities come in very handy!!  We were traveling for our daughter’s basketball tournament. Had overnight to get her disgusting uniform washed and there was a small laundry room available on the second floor.  Amazing!  The kitchen also allows you to prepare easy stove and microwave snacks or meals.  I’ll look for a Homeland Inn from now on when traveling for basketball.

Clean and good location

I just love this place

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and kind, parking was easy. Breakfast was pretty basic and had good selections. The price was great!!! Door 226 was scary to me. Like someone tried to break the door down, so that gave me pause. There was a commode in the stairwell by an exit which was kind of gross. A manager should do daily walkthroughs of the property. If I find my way back to that area I would stay there again. Plus they are dog friendly. Thanks for the hospitality!

Pros: nice rooms, the 12 noon checkout allowed us to enjoy the pool, comfortable beds, price was decent, full size fridge Cons: Toilet required us to keep the tank cover off to manually flush, the sink kept not draining, tv wouldn’t turn on, lots of weird flickering lights in the hallways.
