This hotel is actually a guesthouse. You have to pick up the keys at another hotel building, which is a 10-minute walk away, then walk to this guesthouse to stay. There's no air conditioning, no toiletries, and no slippers. If you don't mind these, you can book it.

The bathroom floor was sticky, the door lock was broken, and the sheets had stains. The management was unhelpful; they couldn't resolve the issue when someone else parked in our spot. After this experience, I will not be staying here again.

Worst place to stay ever! I have a baby and the room was so dirty there was cockroaches.! I approached the property and all they did was just say sorry!? Didn’t even offer to change the room neither refund!

This place offers not only a quiet and comfortable environment but also attentive and thoughtful service. Every time I stay here, I feel a warm, 'home away from home' atmosphere. Whether it's the surrounding transportation or the facilities, everything meets diverse travel needs. The excellent location makes every journey easy and pleasant, perfect for enjoying quality time with family. I look forward to experiencing this comfort and tranquility again in the near future.

Regret booking the smallest room, it was really small and tight. No bottled water or tv which is really a turn off. Location is fine though.
Just ok for a quick layover.

I stayed at this hotel after my refund request was rejected, and unfortunately, my experience was very poor. Upon arrival, the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and even after trying the plug point, there was no electricity to these devices. The kettle was rusty, which I photographed. The iron box and hairdryer were both non-functional. The bedsheets were stained. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Additionally, the customer service, including at the front desk, was unhelpful and dismissive. This entire stay left me feeling extremely disappointed, and I would not recommend it.
