Didn’t clean the room, a lot of roaches, will not be back

Where do I begin… the rooms do not look like what is advertised. We walked in, floor was dirty, beds had cigarette burns on sheets, fridge had mold, bathroom was had dirt maybe blood not sure. Room smelled like smoke even though we asked for non-smoking. We turned the key in and had to book somewhere else. Don’t know how to put pictures on here but stay away! This place should be shut down. And they didn’t not give me all my money back! STAY AWAY!

Disgusting and had cockroaches. Better to pitch a tent then to stay here. Word can't describe the nasty that come out of this place. It needs shut down

Do not recommend I stayed here for 3 nights the room was so horrible I will never stay here again .to the walls to the ceiling the mirrors the carpet … one bed was smaller then the other! None of the dresser draws would close . The remote didn’t work I couldn’t input any channels. The toilet seat was very loose just hanging from the seat. It’s a cheap hotel but not worth the stay or the rates……

Dirty sheets with food still stuck to them with the replacement sheets given to us also being dirty, roaches on in the cabinets and drawers, broken lights, backed up toilet, etc. Pretty bad customer service with some people and just a general lack of effort or care from the staff. Only book this place if you are desperate for a place and even then it still isn't worth the price

Room was clean but the white sheets had visible stains on them. The towels were very dingy in material and the color was stained.

The experience was extremely disappointing. The place had basic hygiene issues, including the presence of cockroaches. Additionally, the sink was not working properly, the shower kept dripping constantly, and the air conditioning made loud noises, making it impossible to rest. Due to all these issues, I chose to leave the same day. I do not recommend it.

We checked in, saw the room and checked right back out. The room smelled of mold and mildew, the plumbing didn’t work (toilet wouldn’t flush), there was holes in the comforter and there was bugs crawling on the wall INSIDE the room.

Unfortunately, there were roaches. The staff member showed us several other rooms after the first, and they too had roaches and were not clean. Not sure how they are even open.
