Pujing Waiting Hotel (Shanghai People'S Square Xinzha Road Subway Station)

This hotel is excellent. The room was clean and well-maintained. The best part is that the entrance to Metro Line 1 is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff were efficient and very welcoming. The hotel also paid attention to small details, which I appreciated. Overall, a great experience.

Extremely close to the subway station, right outside the exit. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The front desk staff was beautiful and gentle, and they even gave us a free upgrade to a larger room. My child was thrilled! The overall service was fantastic; the cleaning staff tidied the room every day. We were really satisfied. We'll definitely stay here again next time! 😁😁😁

Overall, my stay at this hotel was great. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I have to commend the front desk staff – they were all so friendly and efficient with check-ins and check-outs. They even allowed us to check in early since a room was available, and they were always happy to answer any questions we had. When the power tripped in our room at night because of our child, a front desk staff member came to resolve it quickly. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's right outside the subway exit. There are also several bus lines right outside the hotel that go directly to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, Yu Garden, and Shiliupu Dock, which is super handy. You can even walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street in about fifteen minutes and the Shanghai Natural History Museum in ten. The hotel rooms are also quite spacious. They offered congee for late-night supper, which was nice after coming back from sightseeing with the kids. There's a supermarket, bakery, snacks, baozi, and beef vermicelli soup right outside, making breakfast and dinner options very convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

The room was very clean. I stayed for three days, and during that time, the hotel even disinfected the room once. The facilities are smart, and the environment is relatively quiet. The hotel's laundry room offers free washing and drying. The staff's service attitude was exceptionally good. At 11 PM, I needed a sewing kit, and the front desk wasn't bothered at all; they were very helpful and quickly brought it over. When I checked out, I left my ring in the hotel. The cleaning lady found it, and the front desk staff (both male and female) called me twice to tell me I'd left something behind and even helped me mail it. I'm truly grateful!

Fantastic hotel! The location is superb, right in the city center and close to attractions, with a subway and bus stop just outside. There's also a convenience store nearby. The service was excellent and very attentive; they helped upgrade our room and were very prompt with food delivery and any other communication. The room was spacious with a great view, very clean and comfortable. They even provided Nongfu Spring water. Excellent value for money. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast buffet or late-night snacks, but overall, it's a 10/10!
