It was a used condom found in my room by my kids and no one did anything but switch my room

First room we were placed in was dirty clothes full trash cans beds not made the moved us to another room we called to request request blankets and sheets and towels never recived them finally had to get up go down stairs and get them myself I was not happy about that so my son went to sleep on a mattress and his jacket I expect some type of discount or something to make up for my time and money I spent on this trip it was already a heard trip cuz I was putting my some in to a rehab but this made it 800 times worse I can’t do this anymore

Bedding passed the black light test. Hotel smelled really good throughout the hallways and elevator. Two options for parking: garage or lot around hotel. Bar area and plenty of seating/tables to sit and eat or work in lobby area.

The bar and breakfast bar were nice. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were somewhat helpful, but the service could have been more professional. The lobby was clean but the elevator to the garage and the garage lobby could have been in better shape.

Very good breakfast. And we appreciated the free drinks that came with the reservation. Room was clean and comfortable.

Bar area staff is very impatient refused to take order after I stand in line before 10 to order Togo dinner for my sick father. Technically difficulty on room service order before 10pm. Breakfast had none pork meat available

Staff were all very kind. Room was a tad outdated, but we enjoyed the overall feel. Plenty of parking available.

As always, our stay at the Embassy was very comfortable, though my one issue would be the sleeper couch was a bit sunken in, even just sitting on it like a couch you just kept sinking.

Pool was small but nice size for the kids to play. Breakfast was very good! Nice added bonus. Rooms were spacious and fit our family well.
