First room we were placed in was dirty clothes full trash cans beds not made the moved us to another room we called to request request blankets and sheets and towels never recived them finally had to get up go down stairs and get them myself I was not happy about that so my son went to sleep on a mattress and his jacket I expect some type of discount or something to make up for my time and money I spent on this trip it was already a heard trip cuz I was putting my some in to a rehab but this made it 800 times worse I can’t do this anymore

I experienced multiple issues during my stay. The hotel had a text system where they'd asked how things were, to which I sent my grievances twice, and received no response.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. We were in town for a funeral and we arrived early in the morning the day of the funeral after driving 11 hours, they allowed us to check in early without penalties (early check in fee), they were very understanding to the fact that we had to get ready for the funeral. Overall the hotel was decent. Breakfast was good. The omelette station was the highlight. The property needs to be updated. Rooms are old and carpet and furniture is stained. The rooms need to be cleaned a little better. Cleaners should be more detailed about the cleaning. It was okay for an overnight stay but if I had to stay longer, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Not Very Clean The room had a very stale order and it was obvious there had been pets prior to our stay. We have a dog we bathe him regularly. There were at least 500 tiny ants, crawling all over a bath towel when we awakened this morning. The rooms looked very worn, the carpets in the hallway and in the rooms were very worn. Our white comforter had brown stains on it and we did not discover it until this morning as it had been deliberately hidden/tucked in the foot of the bed. There was dust behind the television and the window, had a film on it. The refrigerator had been turned off and had a terrible odor when we opened it. The ice had melted, or it had been defrosted and water was pouring out at the bottom and we had to clean the floor before we unpacked we have stayed in Embassy Suites multiple times and this was by far the worst experience we had. The staff were very friendly, but that is about all I can say good about our stay.
