The room was spacious, clean, and the view from the window was great. However, there was nothing around. I thought about where to eat, so I walked outside, but there was nothing there. I had no choice but to try to have dinner in the hotel, but there were many guests, so I just ordered a beer and went to sleep. In the morning, I had to leave early, so I asked to have a sandwich instead.
Also, tickets were sold out at the hotel, so I couldn't buy one. If you're using the tram or bus, I recommend purchasing your ticket in advance.

The good location and helpful staff are the biggest advantages of this hotel. I wouldn't recommend the standard single room – it was very small and overlooked the air conditioning units. Breakfast could be improved at a modest cost by offering more fruit and vegetables, and increasing the amount of ground coffee in the coffee machine (the nozzles practically pour water...).

The hotel is located near the Wawel Castle, with a river view and very close to the places to visit in the old town. You can have a wonderful breakfast in the morning. It has clean and comfortable rooms. Especially the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. You can remain blindfolded. They also offer a welcome drink on the first day at the roof bar.

Great hotel. Lovely room. The staff, especially Bart went out of their way to be so helpful. The rooftop restaurant and bar is lovely. My only complaint was the food. When we arrived for breakfast, well within the serving time, a lot of the food had run out and wasn't replaced and the staff didn't seem very happy about replenishing it. We only had it the first day then went to local cafes which was much better. Also, the food for the rooftop restaurant is taken up in the public lift and some of it was uncovered when it was brought into the lift which was not hygienic.

The rooftop bar and restaurant are the draw for this hotel, and it is truly spectacular. Overlooking the Vistula River and the castle. Staff seem to be run off their feet a bit, so perhaps they need to be treated a bit better. Food is excellent too. Check in area was a little busy downstairs at the hotel, with several people seeming to hang around inside and out. Cleaners are excellent and very friendly. Superb location near the old city and castle area. Easy transportation also on the Line 1 train / tram to the airport.
