The first room I stayed in was terrible. The bathroom door was broken, there was a lot of mold on the curtains and walls, and the room smelled really bad. There was no hot water for showering either. When I called for service, the staff's attitude was very poor and they were unresponsive. Their attitude only improved after I complained. The bigger room I was moved to for the rest of my stay, which had hot water, was fine though.

I didn't expect much from this hotel, but I really enjoyed my 5 night stay here! The staff was friendly, they gave me a room with a window even though I booked a no window room (loveee it sm)!

MK Hotel's location is pretty convenient, though it's a bit of a walk from the MTR station, about 5 minutes. The room was indeed tiny, but that's to be expected and understandable in Hong Kong. P.S. A special heads-up for guests: they don't provide complimentary bottled water or toiletries, so remember to bring your own or buy them in advance! The upside is that the hotel offers free luggage storage, and the front desk staff were really warm and attentive. Overall, it's a decent choice for the price.

I like this hotel location and convenient to go anywhere especially A21 airport bus stop nearby too. Bed is comfortable .
